Terry's area of practice is estate planning, acquisitions, tax controversies,
taxation, and employee benefits. He received his B.A. in 1965 from Swarthmore
College, J.D. in 1968 from Washington University, from 1967-68 was Note
Editor for Washington University Law Quartlerly. Terry has provided
expert witness tesifying on various topics, including valuation of closely-held
businesses. In 1983 and 1985, Terry was awarded Outstanding Discussion
Leader by the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is
a member of the American Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association,
Missouri Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, and
