Dell has worked for Bell & Company for eight years and attended Arkansas State University n Beebe and Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia) Arkansas.
Dell and his wife, Candy, have lhree children: Josh, Grace and Alex. In his spare time, Dell enjoys hunting, fishing and farming.
